These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of any website, service, training program, course, or digital product offered by Netkipedia LLC ("Netkipedia LLC," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing any of our websites, purchasing our services, enrolling in our training, buying our products, or otherwise engaging with our brands, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Netkipedia LLC is a digital education, services, and media company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its principal address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to Netkipedia LLC and all websites, platforms, brands, and services we operate, including but not limited to:
- Netkipedia — digital marketing agency and training centre (netkipedia.com)
- Prophetic Bible School — online Christian education platform (propheticbibleschool.com)
- Kumbooks — publishing and book sales (kumbooks.com)
- Any future brands, platforms, courses, or services operated by Netkipedia LLC
Wherever these Terms refer to "our website," "our services," "our training," "our products," or similar terms, they refer to any and all of the above unless otherwise stated.
What We Offer
Across our brands, our offerings include but are not limited to:
- Digital services — web design, SEO, social media marketing, content creation, branding, and related professional services
- Training programs — in-person, online live, recorded, and one-on-one mentorship training in digital, professional, and ministry-related skills
- Online courses and education — structured learning programs, masterclasses, and educational content
- Digital products — courses, templates, ebooks, books, and other downloadable or printed content
Payment Terms
Online courses and digital products — payment is made in full upfront at the time of purchase. Access is granted once payment is confirmed.
Service projects (web design, SEO, social media, etc.) — projects typically require 70% payment upfront before work begins, with the remaining 30% due within 30 days of project completion or as specified in your project agreement.
Training programs with installment plans — selected programs may be paid through installment plans. Payment schedules will be agreed upon before training begins and are binding.
Late or incomplete payment — if a balance is not paid within 30 days of becoming due, we reserve the right to pause or discontinue the service, training, or access until payment is received. For ongoing services like SEO and social media management, work may be suspended without notice if accounts become past due.
All prices are quoted in either FCFA or USD as agreed at the time of order. Currency conversions, banking fees, and transfer charges are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellations and Refunds
Before work, training, or access begins — if you cancel within 3 days of your initial payment and before any work has commenced, training has started, or course access has been granted, you are entitled to a full refund.
After work, training, or access begins — once a project has started, training has commenced, or course access has been granted, payments are non-refundable. This includes situations where a client chooses to discontinue mid-project or a student decides not to complete a program.

Ownership and Intellectual Property
Client work. Once a service project is paid in full, the client owns the final delivered work (such as their website, content, or designs). Until full payment is received, ownership remains with Netkipedia LLC.
Portfolio rights. Netkipedia LLC retains the right to display, showcase, and reference completed work in our portfolio, on our websites, in our marketing, and in case studies across any of our brands — unless a confidentiality arrangement has been agreed in writing before work begins.
Credit on delivered work. Websites and digital products we design or manage will include a small credit such as "Designed by Netkipedia" or "Powered by Netkipedia" in the footer or appropriate location. This credit must remain in place unless a credit-removal arrangement has been agreed in writing and paid for separately.
Our content and materials. All course content, training materials, slides, videos, recordings, templates, books, member-only content, and educational resources across all our brands remain the intellectual property of Netkipedia LLC. They are provided for your personal use and learning only.
Strictly prohibited. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, reproduce, screen-record, repackage, or repost any of our course materials, member-only content, paid content, training resources, or books. You may not claim our work as your own or credit it to another individual or company. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund and possible legal action.
Client and Student Responsibilities
By engaging with any of our services, training, or products, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your project
- Make payments on time according to the agreed schedule
- Respond to communications and provide required materials within reasonable timeframes
- Treat our team, mentors, and fellow students with respect and professionalism
- Use our services, training, and products for lawful purposes only
- Respect our intellectual property rights and confidentiality
Code of Conduct
We are committed to a respectful, professional, and supportive environment across all our brands. The following behaviors will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services, training, or access without refund:
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our team, mentors, or fellow students
- Discrimination, hate speech, or disrespectful conduct
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our paid content, books, or member-only resources
- Misrepresenting yourself or your work to gain access to our services
- Attempting to disrupt our operations, community, or other clients/students
Service Delivery and Timelines
We work hard to deliver projects and training on the agreed schedule. However, timelines depend on timely client cooperation, including providing materials, feedback, and approvals when requested. Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines without penalty to Netkipedia LLC. We will always communicate openly about progress and any timeline changes.
Limitation of Liability
Netkipedia LLC provides services, training, and products to the best of our professional ability. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, social media growth, income from skills learned, or any other particular result. Our liability for any claim related to our services, training, or products is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service, program, or product in question.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services, training, or access to our content at any time if these Terms are violated. In cases of serious violation — such as abusive behavior, content theft, or fraud — termination may occur without refund and we may pursue any legal remedies available to us.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our services evolve or as required by law. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with the updated date shown at the top. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and through the appropriate courts of Wyoming if necessary.
