Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled across all services, training programs, courses, and digital products offered by Netkipedia LLC ("Netkipedia LLC," "we," "our," or "us"). We aim to be fair, transparent, and consistent. By making a purchase or payment, you agree to the terms of this policy.


Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Netkipedia LLC and all websites, platforms, brands, and services we operate, including but not limited to:

  • Netkipedia — digital marketing agency and training centre (netkipedia.com)
  • Prophetic Bible School — online Christian education platform (propheticbibleschool.com)
  • Kumbooks — publishing and book sales (kumbooks.com)
  • Any future brands, platforms, courses, or services operated by Netkipedia LLC

Specific exceptions for certain products (such as books distributed through Amazon) are noted below.


3-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial payment, provided that:

  • No work has commenced on your project
  • No training session has been delivered
  • No course access or member-only content has been granted
  • No one-on-one mentorship session has taken place

Once any of the above has occurred, the 3-day full refund window no longer applies. In such cases, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion based on the specific situation.


Service Projects

For service projects such as web design, SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and branding:

  • If you cancel within 3 days of payment and before work has started, you receive a full refund
  • Once work has commenced, the 70% upfront payment becomes non-refundable
  • Partial refunds for ongoing projects may be considered at our discretion based on work already completed
  • If we are unable to deliver the project for reasons on our end, you are entitled to a full or proportional refund regardless of timing

Training Programs and Courses

For training programs (in-person, online live, recorded, and one-on-one mentorship) and online courses:

  • A full refund is available within 3 days of payment, provided training has not started, course access has not been granted, and no one-on-one session has occurred
  • Once training begins or course access is granted, payments become non-refundable
  • If we cancel or are unable to deliver a course or training program and you cannot wait for rescheduling, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of timing
  • Partial refunds in special circumstances may be considered at our discretion

Ongoing Monthly Services (SEO, Social Media Management, etc.)

For ongoing monthly retainer services:

  • You may cancel ongoing services at any time
  • To stop service for the upcoming month, you must notify us before the new billing month begins, while your current subscription is still active
  • If you notify us mid-month after work for that month has already been performed, you remain responsible for the current month's payment, and service will conclude at the end of that month
  • Already-paid months in which work has been delivered are non-refundable

Digital Products and Ebooks

For digital products including ebooks, downloadable courses, templates, and similar items:

  • All digital products are non-refundable once delivered, whether by email, download link, WhatsApp, or any other delivery method
  • Once a digital file is delivered, the transaction is considered complete
  • If you experience a technical issue receiving your digital product, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly

Print Books

Print books published under our brands are distributed exclusively through Amazon. Refunds, returns, and exchanges for print books are handled directly by Amazon according to their policies. Please contact Amazon customer service for any print book-related concerns.


Refund Processing Times

For approved refunds:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • For credit card transactions, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account is determined by your card issuer's policies and may take additional days beyond our processing window
  • Currency conversion differences, banking fees, and transfer charges may affect the final amount refunded

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge or service, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at info@netkipedia.com before filing a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer.

Many issues can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of services, training, or access
  • Loss of access to courses, member areas, and digital products
  • Recovery action through our payment provider

We take customer concerns seriously and will do our best to make things right when something has gone wrong. Please give us the opportunity to do so.

  • Your full name and email address used at the time of purchase
  • The date of your payment
  • The service, course, or product you are requesting a refund for
  • The reason for your refund request
